Hm, do you have a better wording for changelog entries that were supposed to accompany the changes of a past upload but had been forgotten? I thought adding them “after the fact” to the older version but marking them specially would be somewhat clearer than adding them to the newer version, since the changes themselves slipped in with the older one.
