Package: opendnssec
Version: 1:1.3.9-2
Severity: important

opendnssec build dependencies do not include procps or psmisc. procps provides
'pkill' and psmisc provides 'killall'. Either of those is needed by ods-ksmutil
to send HUP signal to ods-enforcerd. The configure script searches for either
of these to set 'RESTART_ENFORCERD_CMD' definition. If the configure script
doesn't find 'pkill' or 'killall' it sets RESTART_ENFORCERD_CMD to '/bin/false'
which makes opendnssec unusable as it needs manual intervention to perform the
HUP of ods-enforcerd.

Example:
# ods-ksmutil key rollover --zone example.net --keytype ZSK
Could not HUP ods-enforcerd

Please add procps as build dependency to opendnssec.
