I used Squeeze and migrated to Wheezy through a new install (D-I RC1). To bring my data to Wheezy, I first "archived" my mails from Evolution in Squeeze and then use the restore function proposed at first launch in Evolution in Wheezy. The calendar and contacts were properly restored but no mail at all ! In fact Evolution in Wheezy is now storing data in maildir whereas in Squeeze it was in mailbox. So the workaround is to use the "import" function in the file menu, select one file at once, select your mailbox file and this will convert each mailbox file into a maildir.
