Dear Mentors, Friendica will be a real nice addition to Debian. Its a one of the social network which can federate well with multiple network (include statusnet, Diaspora, Facebook, twitter and many others of course requires addon's to be packaged). I noted that there was discussion on #debian-devel where zack mentioned there is no software which can federate well and is *social*. I would like to make a point that there is one and its *friendica*.
Friendica will be good candidate for Freedombox and many people want to see it there (Even fsfe and Gnu-Telephony guys showed interest in getting a installable package in Debian, of course that conversation happened with Tobias and not me :-) ).
