This issue is a serious problem especially on windows machines. I have more than one PC running deluge daemons, and I cannot do port forwarding on both of them because of this. If I do switch the port forwarding on one of them then I cannot use the deluge console on that machine because the deluge-console seems to need 'deluged' to be communicating on the default.
