Umm.. yes? The meaning of the word OR is that if either sub clause is true, then the whole thing is true. If it said AND, then it would mean that you both have it in the public dir, and you intend it to be linked to by other packages, so simply your negative intent would exempt this section's rules, but that is not what it says. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.12 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with undefined - http://www.enigmail.net/ iQEcBAEBAgAGBQJRICMTAAoJEJrBOlT6nu75rsEIAKI6GxwgtLSlzt5b0wbN54pv G0ggFL4KVZqW5RFVhDefTESysdhPKWwqc16Bs7N7g18BnH7QajbJDTiigbI6tBEy o5bKNiskNJ4cf6nFSukTZsYymRX1Ncit43dBgnLr2WocIz4l/EIqwsngIU2E3G3J nyh1auRGrnWvCfQBNpNrjPyieQNXSNsYI/G12enWDLTN1qgHwu1uyf1Lw7FbuZN/ Y9FaCDhUEjqfKnqU9jSweGXsLft3GZfspOaUTAK6Q4TT3Ty9mpilShJoBieTccnB oKu2/QAFwVj0OsGHcwZPzcQgZkepugN6mGQDgdPu+krVO+hiK5C39lc+QV2UX3o= =VPMY -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
