Package: tcllib Version: 1.15-dfsg-1 Severity: normal Lintian reported that tcllib installs a manpage called "install-stamp.gz" and packages.d.o confirms this[1].
According to Lintian, the manpage is empty and judging from its name it appears to be a stamp-file from the build that just got compressed and installed as a manpage.
