I just split the patch into 1003_autoconf_fixes.patch and
1003.1_do_not_create_python_setup.patch.
Yet another typo to fix in the former:
This patch modify -> This patch modifies
debian/source/local-options is not included in the source package, so
"Add local-options file" doesn't belong in the changelog.
Could the changelog explain what 1005_auto_update_code_fixes.patch does?
Were any changes needed to bump S-V to 3.9.4?
"Add help2man and man2html dependencies" -
s/dependencies/build-dependencies/ perhaps?
