Ah right, I'd forgotten about that option.  I'm attaching a new
debdiff that uses that instead.  (It seems odd that there's no
DEB_DH_AUTORECONF_ENV in /usr/share/cdbs/1/rules/autoreconf.mk for
cases like this, though.)

It looks like debian/patches/amd64-64bit.diff already sets FPM=64bit
on x86_64-* which x32 (x86_64-linux-gnux32) matches.  And it looks
like that should work since mad.h defines mad_fixed64_t to signed long
long.
