There have been several releases of the english (and corresponding french) man pages. However, the German ones last update was on October (unfortunately it is difficult to obtain the version the German translation is based on from debian/changelog.debian). Since the French ones are kept in sync, I suppose a freeze exception for the German ones might be granted as well.
