I've found the "[reboot required]" Subject: prefix to be perfectly
adequate, but I suppose users who set MailOnlyOnError == "true" might
wish to be notified of reboot-requireds in addition to errors. Detecting
reboot-required from non-u-u upgrades seems out of scope even if that
was what Micah intended.
