Hello Marian,
thanks for your bug report.

Unfortunately I do not have access to any IPv6 network, so I won't be
able to check whether I can reproduce the issue you are experiencing.

Anyway, since the HTTP connection is not directly handled by
apt-listbugs code, but managed by a library, I think your bug report
will be eventually reassigned to another package.

Before doing so, though, I would like to try and guide you through a
few tests, in order to see whether we can pinpoint the problem more
precisely.

What happens if you try the following command as a regular (non-root)
user?

  $ apt-listbugs -d list apt-listbugs > /tmp/debug.out 2> /tmp/debug.err

Could you please test it and send the content of the two generated
files?
