A backup attempt failed with the following message (for several
different files):

        ERROR: Can't back up /mnt/srv/www/test1.example/data/event-log: Cannot
allocate memory

Followed by about ten thousand lines that look like:

        ERROR: Cannot back up
/mnt/srv/mail/domains/test1.example/users/info/Maildir/cur/1355807323.M759851P30929.foo,S=32802,W=33579:2,be:
 Node 501 cannot be found in the node store 6927723391046019457

Subsequent backup jobs work fine, but when I attempt to fsck the
repository, I get:

        Checking 0/1: Traceback (most recent call last):

And lock files are left behind.

Config file as follows:

        [config]
        ;dry-run = 1
        lock-timeout = 0

        repository = /media/backup/obnam/foo
        client-name = foo-root
        encrypt-with = 01234567

        keep = 7d,6m,10y

        one-file-system = 1
        exclude = ^/mnt/var/lib/postgresql/, ^/mnt/var/lib/ldap/,
^/mnt/swap[0-9]+
        exclude-caches = 1

        ; vim: ft=dosini

Other operations such as generations, ls and a dry-run of restore work
fine. I'm not able to easily test a full restore due to space
constraints on the machine in question.
