Seems to be a problem with callgrind. There were quite some releases
since callgrind 0.9.9, so perhaps the bug is fixed.
I do not think this has anything to do with free(), calloc(), but must
be something more low level. If it still fails, the last 50 lines of
callgrind --ct-verbose=2 ...
would be interesting (Warning: debug output will be huge).
