As this bug will not arise in normal operation (run-parts ignores cron
jobs with a dot in the filename[0]), this doesn't seem worth asking
for a release exception. A version that fixes this bug and also
patches the rules file to make sure the bug actually arises would seem
a little perverse, given that there are several bugs in shield-purge
which keep it from functioning properly.

0.9.2-anything is really in pretty poor shape. I'd support asking for
a release exception to just bring in 0.9.6-1 although it is awfully
late in the game for that. Once wheezy froze without a sponsor for
0.9.6-1 I figured it was a lost cause for wheezy.
