Package: syslinux-common
Version: 2:5.01+dfsg-1
Severity: important

Hi,

it seems that something changed in syslinux which makes extlinux fails
to load theme (and maybe other stuff). Fortunately it doesn't prevent me
to boot.

Looking at the various .c32 object it seems that there's now all ELF
object instead of COM32R ones. Maybe that's intended, but it seems that
extlinux doesn't really like it.

I've tried to extlinux-update and extlinux-install multiple time to be
sure everything is in sync, but it doesn't help.

It might be related #699382 (linux.c32 is also an ELF file) but since it
doesn't prevent me to boot, I think it's different.

Regards,
