Hi, I've attached a patch that will fix this bug by prepending a sanitised version of the wiki name to the start of the auth cookie name. This patch will be in the next version of phpwiki to be uploaded (1.3.11p1-2). This has also been forwarded upstream. Thanks for reporting it.
