Please support the XDG base directory specification. Specifically I
believe the best practice is to save and read from
$XDG_CONFIG_HOME/svn-buildpackage/ or
$XDG_CONFIG_HOME/svn-buildpackage.conf and fallback to reading from
~/.svn-buildpackage.conf if the new file isn't found.

This will make backups noticeably easier and will help reduce the
excessively cluttered home directory problem.

Thanks,
Jeremy
