Seems they are from the IO::Compress::Lzma dist [0] which isn't packaged for Debian. Recommending/suggesting a non-existant package is not so good, packaging it just because of the reference to its documentation also seems a bit overkill :) Maybe it's worth packaging it anyqay (also needs Compress::Raw::Lzma).
