Yep thank you! I agree on that fuse maintainer should not have done
this change to unstable, and in particular without notice. I asked for
reverting the change[1,2] but was unsuccessful.

fuse-utils was for some time a transitional package with Depends on
'fuse' binary package, so substituting fuse-utils with fuse should do.
