I am adding code to clear the screen just before calling kexec to start
new kernel. It does clear the screen, but it seems when the new kernel
starts to use framebuffer again, some of the old contents of framebuffer
do come back. Framebuffer will need to be cleared by the kernel which is
outside the scope of kexec-tools. For now this is the best I can do in
kexec-tools. This fix will be in 2.0.3-2 version that I am uploading
shortly. Please try it and let me know if this works well enough.
