We aren't using the bundled libltdl (--without-included-ltdl) but it's still built (see eg[1] - "Making all in libltdl"). This could be a latent nuisance). Ideally this would be fixed upstream, but alternatively, once #698089 is fixed, we could patch the top-level Makefile.am to not include that.
