Acutally, I'm not sure that certificate is needed at all anymore. As it
seems, current debconf.org services carry certificates that stem from the
SPI CA. Joerg, can you confirm that the mentioned "Debconf CA" is obsolete
and can be removed from ca-certificates, or is there still a use for it?
