It's a real error in the Texinfo, that unfortunately C makeinfo did not
diagnose. It needs to be reported to the binutils maintainers. We can
make the fixed binutils.texi if need be, but better to go to them
first. The fixes should be obvious.
I know Patrice and I already discussed bunches of such things with
various package maintainers (gdb for sure), but I'm not sure if binutils
was one of them.
