I regret that flashplugin-nonfree does not work well for you.

Creative idea, but that would install an Adobe Flash Player with security bugs.

Please report the SIGILL problem to Adobe, so that Adobe can maintain their
newest Adobe Flash Player in a way that works on AMD K7 cpu's.
