The font doesn't matter. In fact, I don't have Helvetica either, but LibreOffice lets you input Helvetica as a name and seems to pick a substitute. I've seen it also with Nimbus Sans L, but yeah, I don't think the font is that relevant. > > I used the default (Arial, 18), created 1 testbox, cut'n'pasted, > clicked/edited them various times > (> 10). No crash. You have to add several text fields and then it seems a bit random. Some times it hits right away, sometimes not. During one session with gdb, I couldn't make it trigger at all, during two others it was fairly reliable to reproduce. > > Anyway and besides that, is only 3.5.4 affected? 3.5.x is a dead series > upstream and because > of the freeze we don't even ship the latet version - 3.5.7 - of that. 3.6.4 > is in experimental > and 4.0.0 beta2 is available on people.debian.org/~rene/libreoffice/4.0.0. > Care to try with them > (then we at least would know it's fixed upstream somehow) I've not tried those other packages, yet. I'm running what comes by default with testing. Nothing extra. I'll give them a whirl as soon as I figure out how. Seems to me if it is fixed upstream, you'd want to backport the fix to 3.5.4 as shipped with Wheezy.
