What exactly are you requesting? Wheezy has php5-midgard2 version 10.05.6-1. If you want an unblock for version 10.05.7-1, you need to look at the freeze policy http://release.debian.org/wheezy/freeze_policy.html and explain how this fits the freeze criteria. The new upstream version probably is not acceptable, however. Also, you should include the debdiff between both versions in this bug report.
