If this goes to experimental I would like to ask you to:
* wait until I have uploaded tex-common 4.0 to experimental
* depend on tex-common >= 4
* install documentation that should be found with texdoc into
  /usr/share/texmf/doc/... (which will NOT(!!!) be a symlink anymore!!!)
* install Debian related docs (NEWS, Changelog etc) to the usual place
  /usr/share/doc/$package

tex-common 4 will go the way to drop
        /usr/share/texmf/doc -> /usr/share/doc/texmf
link, and in the end packages should *not* install in
/usr/share/doc/texmf anymore
(sorry, that was never a good idea, but well, things happen and remain
for long time sometimes ;-)

As said, if you prefer we can:
* add you to the Debian TeX group (if you are not already in there)
* add a git repository
* and work together
this way you can do whatever possible for you and I can help or fix
things, if necessary.

But I leave it of course up to your complete discretion.

Thanks

Norbert
