Okay, in this case, I know where it comes from: I first tried installing redmine and redmine-pgsql, but the latter does not depend on a database server, and I had not set up one beforehand myself, leading to *first* dbconfig being run, *then* the package installation fail. When I saw that I need to manually install postgresql, I did that, and then the redmine packages were configured, running dbconfig a second time.
