Still broken for mips, mipsel and powerpc.

This is actually trivial to test (eg for mips):

    sudo mkdir /tmp/test-qemu
    sudo qemu-debootstrap --arch=mips --foreign wheezy /tmp/test-qemu
             http://ftp.debian.org/debian

which for me fails with:

    I: Running command: chroot /tmp/mips-test/ /debootstrap/debootstrap
--second-stage
qemu: uncaught target signal 11 (Segmentation fault) - core dumped
    /usr/sbin/qemu-debootstrap: line 48: 21081 Segmentation fault "$@"

I tested this with qemu-user-static version 1.1.2+dfsg-2 and armhf
works while mips and powerpc fail.

Cheers,
Erik
