felix-latin and -data have quite a few problems in their package
descriptions. Here's a pedantic review and a suggested patch.

This site only shows the "It works!" page from an outdated Apache
install.

If that's "by" as a translation of "de", you might be better off
rendering it as "Felix Gaffiot's" (as for felix-latin-data below).
Synopses don't need to be 7-bit-clean; give Félix his acute accent.
This package isn't a dictionary; it's a viewer for the dictionary.

Why exactly is his home village relevant to deciding whether I want to
install this package? What matters is that a guy named Félix
published a Latin-French dictionary between the wars; the rest is
essentially decorative, and can afford to be trimmed a bit.

"Is dead" is a translation error - you mean "died". But just give his
dates: "Félix Gaffiot (1870-1937)..."
"Philologue" is "philologist" in English, but it isn't true that he
"is" a philologist.

This is deprecated by anglophone style guides as a "comma splice".
Instead let's make him a "tricolon crescens": he was a philologist, a
teacher of French, and the author of this dictionary.

"Allow" requires an object, and rarely contributes anything to the
meaning of a package description (this is a program for looking things
up, not for allowing things).
You've already said twice that it's Latin/French.

Presumably it's a *relevant* image, right?
The previous and following sentences are third person; switching to
second person just for this one is a bit jarring.

The same unnecessary grammar error again, plus a boring repetition of
the word "easily".
Does felix have any interface apart from the graphical one? I'm
guessing no, so mention that aspect earlier.
