Hi,
the bittorrent and bittornado packages have a frontent
(btdownloadmanycurses) that can watch a directory and automatically
add/remove torrent files when they appear/disapear there. This is most
usefull with a rss client that automatically downloads new torrents.
Please consider adding this feature to rtorrent.
