Line 499 in igal, several " " get added to the end of the filename (extension removed) as imagecaption when no caption file is provided. Then line 506 the ampersands just added get wrongly escaped with "&", hence the bug. The behaviour happened only after a recent upgrade and I didn't find revision 9 of the debian package to see what changed, so no patch for the moment. Regards, Laurent.
