Turns out that, with that patch applied, with another audio CD, and if
*not* running gvfsd/gvfsd-cdda with GDB..., there'll now be another
SIGSEGV seen:

dmesg:

Putting the following bug-fix commit (applies cleanly) on top, this is
gone, too.
