Package: xxxterm Version: 1:1.11.3-1 xxxterm package in the sid repository is currently set at the last version actually called xxxterm, which is rather outdated. newer versions of it are now called xombrero, which may have tripped up whatever system sid uses to automatically update the rolling distro's packages.
note: I am actually using ubuntu (v. 12.10), and do not have access to the reportbug commmand.
