Hi Holger, not all the configurations operated by cloud-init depend on the EC2 API, so I am not sure if it would be right to single out one API in the description, unless cloud-init is strongly tied with it. (I just debtagged the cloud-init binary package to signal that it is implemented in Python). What do others think ?
