Thanks, I have applied that patch and did a QA upload of mscompress
(since it’s orphaned).

Please submit this as a separate (wishlist) issue. Having small, atomic
commits is always a good thing. And especially in this case, we want
the changes to be as small as possible to get a freeze exception.
