It seems, the file libavcodec/x86/idct_mmx.c is obsolete and dropped by
upstream. It does not persist in a newer versions of the libav [1].

The only mentioning about the file in this commit [2]: "The file
libavcodec/i386/idct_mmx.c is distributed under the GNU General
Public License. It is strictly an optimization and its use is optional."

I think, there is no need to contact the copyright-holder of the removed file.
