Well some screen may stay translate="yes" some stay translate="no".  So
this is useful.

This needs to be addressed by a higher level (i.e. po4a).

Basically hiding such component just like footnote should do the trick
but PO file may become cryptic.  This needs some thinking.

So both approach is needed.
