Thanks for your bugreport. I don't speak portuguese so I can't really comment on the issues. My suggestion would be to either get in touch with the last translator (astronomy (at) mail.pt), the language team (tradutores (at) ubuntu-pt.org) or fix the translation (the po file) yourself.
