Hi, I've found out that the issue is caused by the fact, the Up and Down keys are assigned to "Toggle maximization state" and "Restore window" actions in System Settings->Keyboard->Shortcuts->Windows.
Simply disable or change the bindings and it should solve the problem. Cheers! Tomasz
