Hi Anton, I have another question about your kfreebsd-9 install within VirtualBox last week.

Or had anything been installed to it previously? Most crucially, a pre-existing ZFS physical volume might cause this problem (it seems to be automatically imported, meaning the partition itself would be 'in use' and even the partition table cannot be modified if this happens).
