The extra changes suggested don't seem to have anything to do with
changes in Linux 3.x, but they do seem to be reasonable:

- The proper capability check for WEXT ioctls is already done by
  wext_ioctl_dispatch() before wl_ioctl() is called
- Errors that can be triggered by unprivileged users should not be
  logged without rate-limiting, as this can be a denial-of-service
  vector (disk fills up)

Please get this sorted out; it's ridiculous that you have left it
unfixed for 6 months.

Ben.
