Probably some old upgrade bugfix and we inherited that from the OOo
packages:

$ apt-cache show libreoffice-core | grep Pre-
Pre-Depends: ure (>= 1.5.1+OOo3.1.1-15)

Indeed:

  * debian/control*in:
    - make -core depends on ure (>= 1.5.1+OOo3.1.1-15) to get
      above fix and make all extensions/conflicts conflict against older ures.
      (closes: #566832, #566829, #566189)

in 1:3.2.0~rc5-1

squeeze has

 ure | 1.6.1+OOo3.2.1-11+squeeze7 | squeeze           | amd64, armel, i386,
ia64, kfreebsd-amd64, kfreebsd-i386, mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390, sparc

though...

Can probably just be removed..

Regards,

Rene
