Hello, i had the same trouble with my laptop. no keyb. no more at gdm login. how it came i do not know. from marking udev in the admin/services.. perhaps from installing libvirt .. probably.. see: http://debian.2.n7.nabble.com/help-with-keyboard-lost-at-GDM-login-tt2803000.html#a2806270
