Package: virt-viewer Version: 0.2.1-1 Severity: important I am connecting virt-manager to a host using qemu+ssh protocol. The connection is called qemu+ssh://user@host/system. This works fine and four virtual machines are shown. However, when I double-click on any of the virtual machines I get the following error:
Error: VNC connection to hypervisor host got refused or disconnected! Error: zsh:1: command not found: nc -q 0 127.0.0.1 5904 I have checked that the nc command actually exists (also in the host). zsh is my shell both in the local and remote machine. I have used the same procedure from Mint 13 and Fedora 17 and it can connect to the same host without any problem. I can access the configuration of the virtual machine clicking on the info button, so it seems it is a problem only showing the VNC virtual console. -- System Information: Debian Release: 6.0.6 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.32-5-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=es_ES.utf8, LC_CTYPE=es_ES.utf8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Versions of packages virt-viewer depends on: ii libc6 2.11.3-4 Embedded GNU C Library: Shared lib ii libglade2-0 1:2.6.4-1 library to load .glade files at ru ii libglib2.0-0 2.24.2-1 The GLib library of C routines ii libgtk-vnc-1.0-0 0.4.1-4 A VNC viewer widget for GTK+ (runt ii libgtk2.0-0 2.20.1-2 The GTK+ graphical user interface ii libvirt0 0.8.3-5+squeeze2 library for interfacing with diffe ii libxml2 2.7.8.dfsg-2+squeeze5 GNOME XML library virt-viewer recommends no packages.
