Hello Dave, Sorry, but I didn't receive your email and the bug got archived, I was looking at it now just by chance. Please, keep me in To/CC.
Could you please provide more information on it? Is it still happening, and if so in which package and versions? I am a bit confused about what is really affected. In principle, bugs reported shoudl be about packages being currently in Debian archives (not packages outside the current distribution), and it seems that at the moment: http://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=gcc-4.6-hppa You have searched for packages that names contain gcc-4.6-hppa in all suites, all sections, and all architectures. Found 1 matching packages. Package gcc-4.6-hppa64 sid (unstable) (devel): The GNU C compiler (cross compiler for hppa64) 4.6.0-2: hppa Which are indeed older than the version that you report, but seem to be the only ones in the archive. And for 4.7: http://packages.debian.org/search?keywords=gcc-4.7-hppa64 You have searched for packages that names contain gcc-4.7-hppa64 in all suites, all sections, and all architectures. Sorry, your search gave no results Also, you say that the packages are built by yourself, so maybe this file is because of changes in debian/rules or something? Cheers. -- Manuel A.
