It seems lb config cannot set the syslinux timeout from command line any more as once was the case with the '--syslinux-timeout' option. The timeout for e.g. isolinux seems to be hardcoded in /usr/share/live/build/bootloaders/isolinux/isolinux.cfg (timeout 0).
