I just tried again: 1. install 2.0.0-1 (not sure it's needed, but I wanted to simulate a "coming from pre-2.0.0-2" without the burden of running a full Squeeze to Wheezy upgrade) 2. modify /etc/php5/mods-available/xcache.ini 3. upgrade to 2.0.0-2 with apt-get 4. upgrade to 2.0.0-3 with apt-get $ ls /etc/php5/*/*xcache* /etc/php5/conf.d/20-xcache.ini@ /etc/php5/mods-available/xcache.ini $ md5sum /etc/php5/mods-available/xcache.ini c536246a59f58f1ba5111244951f32be /etc/php5/mods-available/xcache.ini My modification change is still in xcache.ini, the absolute extension path is there too, and no .dpkg-* files waiting for me to merge stuff. -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
