It is generally not recommended to use LDAP accounts for daemons because
you will get into all sorts of problems when the network or LDAP server
is unavailable and during boot and shutdown.

I've extended the list with init scripts I could find for packages in
Debian that provide IMAP servers (imap-server virtual package).

This change is probably going into experimental soon but is probably too
late for wheezy and is unlikely to ever be fixed in squeeze.
